The soil is currently divided as follows:
- 0.66 ha of wooded forest space;
- 1 ha of baby kiwi (Tbar cross-shaped kiwi structure with anti-hail net, anti-frost irrigation system and irrigation by micro-sprinklers);

The last production resulted in 5 tons of blueberries and 8 tons of baby kiwi, completely drained.
The property is located in Ponte, Vila Verde, 150 meters from the bank of the River Homem where a leisure park and river beach are being installed and where the Cávado and Homem ecovia will pass, connecting Terras de Bouro to Esposende.
