Old mining house partially restored with an area of 50m2, in the small village of Mina d’Orada, transformed in a T2.
The house includes in the ground floor – with the typical alentejano’s tile pavement – a small but cozy living room with a good fireplace, partially furnished; a small interior room with an individual bed; a bath room fully equipped and a small kitchen with electric cooker, hoover, refrigerator, besides a thermo-accumulator. Upstairs there is a bigger room fully furnished. Also, it is equipped with two new air conditioners.
The house disposes of electricity and the water supply is made by a reservoir located outsider and adequately equipped. Since the house was not occupied in the last few years, it needs painting.
Moreover, it is located in a very quiet and beautiful area, at only 2 km from Guadiana River and 11 km of the big artificial lagoon of Alqueva, bringing together the quietness of deep Alentejo and the proximity of towns like Moura, Serpa (menos de 15 km) and Beja (45 km). It is also located near the old mines (7 minutes by foot) where you can adventure and dive into the old submerged galleries, off course, with the due caution required.
